Any recommendations for a program / gym / class / instructor / trainer that focuses on postnatal bodies? I have some limitations now (diastasis) but want to get everything else moving.

Hi Jo, I'm the owner of Sync Fitness in Interbay. We work with a lot of moms. I don't have a postpartum specific class for you, but I would be happy to chat with you over the phone or in person about some ways to work on healing your diastasis so you can get back to full body workouts as soon as possible. Fit Healthy Moms is my online biz and this is a great place for you to get some initial info that may be helpful: http://www.fithealthymoms.com/2011/04/15/how-to-test-for-diastasis-recti/ Feel free to pm me or call me at 206-354-7480.
Hi All! I'm new to the area and looking to join a gym or find some really fun fitness classes/activities. Can anyone make some recommendations? Thanks!

Hi Jennifer - forgive the shameless self promotion here, but I'm the owner of Sync Fitness in Interbay. We are a really awesome gym alternative. Our primary program is Boot Camp (info here: http://www.syncfitness.com/boot-camp-seattle/). We also run really amazing transformation programs throughout the year. Info for the next one is here: http://www.syncfitness.com/programs/hotties/. If you want to talk about options, feel free to call me at 206-354-7480. I'm not salesy - so no need to panic :). If I'm not a good option for you, that's totally fine, but I'd be happy to answer any questions and point you in the right direction - I'm well versed in gym options around town. :)
