  Okay...so back at square one. Having electrical problems, and my father who is in a wheel chair cannot fix it himself. We were told it was something minor and it is not. Our outdoor breaker/service box is shot. Need a new box and for it to be re wired (the box directly below the service meter). Anyone with this ability to do this that will take payments on the work? Or anyone know where I might find a used or cheaper box? cheapest I have found is $160. Any and all help is hugely appreciated.
