I have tried many different options here in town. You have to find your right fit. I am 53 years old and workout at Crossfit Maricopa. They have programs for everyone including personal training. They offer a free class for you to check them out. I have come farther there, and been motivated to do more than any other program here in town. I have another friend who has done everything on her own at Copper Sky and has done amazing. Feel free to contact me and we can talk. Congratulations on your commitment to health!
Nikki M. replied:
Crossfit Maricopa! I joined to gain strength and build some non-existent muscle! (😂). I was very hesitant and started with the bar however I never felt weak or stupid as the coaches and others were all so supportive and awesome! Being a loner runner for 15 years I have made new friends and have new goals that I never would have taken on without Crossfit Maricopa! One of the coaches and me just joined Masters Swim which has been on my bucket list for years...but I was to much of a weenie to do it alone. Soooo in a nutshell CF Maricopa is more than just the best place to get in shape...❤️❤️❤️
Dawn M. replied:
Crossfit Maricopa!! Scott is amazing leading semi private and also does personal training! I was intimidated just hearing “Crossfit” but this place has changed my view! Everyone is so welcoming and the coaches are always paying attention and guiding you to correct form.. Absolutely love my crossfit family..
