  Ok guys! Again we have a savior! The update on the emaciated dog! He has been picked up by Kaitlin Carol Ann Morgan-McComb. We would like to get him to the vet. As you can see he is very skinny. She will foster him. If anyone is willing to help a little with vet care. It would be greatly appreciated. Anything helps. She is driving back from Kingsville with him now.
