I bought a tablet on sale against my own judgement for my grandmother. I take it home and it doesn't work. I did everything I could to see what the issue was. I take it back to the store, and they didn't know what to tell me. They didn't want to refund my money or exchange. Even though the refund and exchange laws have changed in here Israel, they didn't want to obey the law. Do NOT use this store for any of your electronic needs.
