  Quantum was bought out by ProMark Brands. Contact them at 630-233-1545 repar@promarkbrands.com 1268 Humbracht Circle Bartlett IL 60103. I recently needed to have a Quantum battery pack repaired and they came thru like champs. Just mention that you are a pro and that Quantum on LI always expedited their pro repairs w/o a rush charge.
