BACK ME UP: Looking for a recommendation for a physiotherapist, personal trainer or yoga teacher who specializes in building up your "core" after a back injury and/or chronic back pain.

I second Yosef Kaplan. 058.627.8811 I, too, had a bad back injury. I couldn't get up for a few days and couldn't do many plumbing jobs I used to do. Together with Yosef we strengthened the surrounding muscles. I don't feel pain anymore and I can do all the jobs I used to and more. He's not your run-of-the-mill Israeli trained personal trainer. In Israel you go to Wingate, get your certification and are free to go. Yosef, on the other hand, ran group sessions in the US military and is ISSA certified. That means he needs to take exams once a year to retain certification. Beyond that he specializes in health related training as well so he really knows his stuff!!! As you can see I highly recommend him!
Is there a Personal Trainer out there?
I'm in JLM fro ten days and need PT for this days!

Looking for recommendations for a good personal trainer, preferably someone who can work from Mati gym at Hadar Mall. TIA!
Yosef K. replied:
While I do not work in a gym, I bring the gym to you. I also teach you how to use and move your body naturally and properly. Bringing the gym to you is a convenience for people who are short on time and don't have the ability to spend roughly 3 hours between travel there and back plus a workout. Feel free to peruse my site to get a better idea of what I do www.lionstrengthfitness.com
Hi! I just moved to Jerusalem a few days ago and will be here for three months. Can anybody recommend a good gym with fun classes, or a personal trainer. Preferably near mamilla mall? Thanks kindly
