It’s a really up beat class, full of giggles while you get a sweat on in the great outdoors! Think lunges, squats, tricep dips, boxing, interval training! Aim: to get the body functioning properly again, loosing baby weight and toning up :)
Super Abs and Bums
Very chilled out class, bring bubbas along again! This class targets the mummy tummy, pelvic floor and booty! The effects of pregnancy and birth cause our exterior muscles separate and we loose a lot of core strength. NO sit ups and crunches aloud because they will make the separation worse and cause a lot of damage!! Stripped back to the basics to correctly nurse the muscles back together to restore function and strength before you go back to tougher abdominal exercises. Booty work included as this is another weak area after pregnancy, restore your butt to look like Beyonce's butt!!
