  I'd also recommend Gadget Pros.. Very trustworthy.. As for Perry Banks, I seem to recall reading something about him getting banned from this market for some cell phone related reason.. I remember it surprised me because I used to work with his son...

  For everyone on this post who hasn't seen it, Perry Banks is banned because he knowingly sold a water damaged phone and then after several WEEKS of the victim trying to get it made right and multiple promises from Perry Banks that he would do so the victim finally gave up. He's a total flake and is not to be trusted.
