About us
Qualifications~ I have over 20 years experience as a freelance artist in several different area's. I worked for over 5 years in a bakery setting, as a baker, mixer, and cake decorator as well as bakery management. I have trained in all area's of the bakery and taken classes at CAC for cake decorating as well. I'm always learning, and always willing to try new idea's. I LOVE cake decorating, and was the ONLY bakery manager within our area that could do ALL aspects of the bakery department. I am a work in progress, and my own worst critic. I accept constructive criticism because it helps me improve upon my product, that is important to me. I intend to continue my sample cake program at least once a week, allowing those who ask to "try before you buy", with the stipulation that you please leave feedback on my page and a donation of your choice. I intend to continue to support non profits in the community as well as other bakers and decorators as well. I have made and decorated OVER 5000 cakes in my career (I calculated it today actually). No two are ever the same and I love to try new things, challenge myself. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to make your Unique Cake!
