I love Rachel's Bake Shop on Ellsworth. Rachel is a Le Cordon Bleu pastry chef, not a home baker. Her cakes are high quality. Her pastries are amazing. She is even working on new baked donut recipes for Fall. Pumpkin Spice, anyone?:) I am sure she would love to see you in on Tuesday when the bakery opens (closed Sundays and Mondays). It is open from 7 - 5:30.:)
