  I think this is chads office 1510 S Main St Suite 114 Boerne, TX (830) 816-4357 He is really good :) ! I've gone to him and his wife several times. They did my physical therapy when I separated my shoulder which prevented me from needing a surgery, which an orthopedic specialist said was "inevitable"
