  There's a place called Early Childhood Associates that deals with EI. The service coordinator's name is Caitlin. Her number is 646.353.2405. You can tell her I gave you her number. I don't know if they'd require another evaluation, but if your son already qualified, then maybe she can direct you straight to their speech therapist.
