So it's time for shared community to finally happen, or an intermediate step until the Dharma Cohousing Marin project takes shape. Do you know of a house in Southern/Central marin for share, rent of for sale? Since I am a licensed realtor and have done much construction, a house in foreclosure might be the best fit.
