It sounds like Tom needs more training. No worries, another factory authorized repair company easily took care of the adjustment. Update: Tom called me after seeing this negative review. When we spoke, he finally remembered the incident, and got nasty and defensive, eventually hanging up on me while I was talking. Shame on Tom!.

I called this provider, explained my problem, he ordered a fan for my refrigerator based on my description of the problem. A service person came to my house with the part, fixed the problem in less than an hour, interrupted several times by personal phone calls which he answered, then in addition to the price of the part, charged me $254 for the service call and labor. I feel the charge of $254 was excessive. I won't use this company again.
