We are in the pre-exchange phase of buying a house (yay!) and the full building survey came back indicating damp in some of the house's walls. ​ We brought over a contractor (recommended by close friends) for his opinion of the amount of work needed and he indicated he doesn't really see any evidence of damp. Now looking into a damp survey just to be sure but my lord are the reviews mixed! So was wondering if you can recommend any damp surveyors? ​ Thank you and happy to elaborate further!
