  Tonya J. wrote: UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I had four leaks in the roof which was coming through the bedroom and causing a lot of damage. Rob visited the property on 4th August and booked job for 8th September. I didn’t hear from him after that so on the 6th I contacted him to find out what time he was going to arrive. His response was that he didn’t have the right equipment to do the job and needed to order from his stockist. We then arranged for him to do the job on the 16th September. Once again I contacted him the day before to double check what time he was arriving. But lo and behold he cancelled again, this time claiming his van had broken down. He promised to rearrange as soon as his van got fixed. 6 weeks later after not hearing from him I contacted him to say how disappointed I was and his exact response was “I’ve only just got my van back…I can book you in now if you want.” That was TWO weeks ago and I haven’t heard from him since. I’ve since seen numerous photos of Rob working on roofs and living his life. I’m happy to show them and copies of texts from Rob to anyone who wants to see proof of him breaking his word again and again. I feel totally let down by Rob. He knew that the leaks were causing damage. He also knew I was ill and booked in for surgery. This whole experience has not only wasted my time but caused me a lot of unnecessary stress. If he didn’t want to fix my roof I wish he had been honest about it. It’s crystal clear that Rob does not care about his customers. Avoid at all costs!

  chap that did my roof at short notice was 07825 249549. Rob. He's been a roofer for 15 years and he lives round the corner. really takes a pride in his work!
