  OK. that's not a problem. I have worked with buyers as far as a year in advance. Sometimes it takes that long to get yourself into that position to be qualified for a loan. So sometimes, it's better to find out where you are, in order to determine how to get to where you want to be. So, just a few fha tips: 640 credit score or better, credit accounts at 30% of limits, SAVE some money about 5% of your purchase range (for down payment and closing cost).
