  The closest I know of was new Jersey. I have it myself and I'm in Florida. He was at the conference I attended in Fort Lauderdale I believe his last name was Getson. Did you talk to Jim broatch at the RSDS association.. He is a very helpful man. He may be able to steer you in a good direction. He is the vice president and believe me I have called him many times. The phone no. Is 877-662-7737. Ask to speak to him directly. He should be able to help you. Trust me I understand it is extremely painful. I hate to hear of a child going through it if I can be of any help pm me and I will give you my phone number. I wish you much luck. Your family is in my prayers.. There is also a group on Facebook I just can't go on after the first time hearing what some of these people have gone through scares me. Get your child looked at as soon as you can.
