  I would use one of these two: John Gibson Quality (217-257-5841. Seen his work on several of my clients' houses. Good stuff, do not know his rate though. Or Redneck flippers (217)491-3330. This guy remodeled my buddies house and it ended up looking great. Prices are fair. Had him bid parts of my house for when I had some extra cash. Hope that helps.
