After an admiration for years for custom made pens, I decided to give it a try. This is the results.

Needing a handyman to finish some work. 1. Entry door needs adjusted. 2. Water softener line needs to dump into main drain not sump pump. 3. Bathroom: install vent/light, close off window, cut/install new counter and sink faucet, replace tub, shower surround, and faucet. Taking reasonable estimates. (Etna Green area.)
