  Need a recommendation for a builder to build a simple (not fancy) custom1300sq ft house. Looking for someone who is honest and only builds a few per year and not one of those who are building 50 cookie-cutter homes all at once. This is NOT a high end build. Just need a custom kitchen to accommodate older person. No marble or upgrades of any kind- very standard build. Not having any luck with the two builders we have already called.
