A great realtor in the area is Charles Speer at ERA across the street from the Navarre post office. He will bend over backwards to sell a house for you or help you buy one. Highly recommended.

I do not recommend Henry Homes - very cheaply built from our experience. Also, if you want any trees left in your yard, make sure you walk through the property with the builder and mark the trees you want to retain as well as be present during the clearing. Otherwise, based on what is routinely done in this area, the entire lot will wiped clear of every single tree, twig, etc.

We have mosquitos and water moccasins. We haven't had flooding but worry about the new house because it sits so much lower. I took pictures during the last rain cuz it was creeping toward the house. I can NOT stress enough: GET AN INDEPENDENT INSPECTOR!!! Our property was not graded properly and we ended up having to spend $15,000 to keep from losing our house within 4 months of closing. Henry homes said they don't cover it cuz it is considered erosion. Also, there was no attic insulation in the side of the house that was pass the vaulted ceiling. Someone (probably a few people) didn't want to climb in the hot attic in Aug to install it or inspect it. We had $450 electric bills until we finally realized what the problem was.
