About us
Fresh Falafel is about making freshly prepared hot Falafel. It is a mouth-watering, Gluten Free, vegetarian dish. It is a traditional Middle Eastern favourite’s that even the non-vego will love.
Nothing you encounter comes close to the meticulously crafted falafels that are a hallmark of our Palestinian heritage.
The excellence naturally starts with hand-formed falafel; balls of mashed chickpeas used as a centrepiece into hummus-swiped wraps or pita, brimming with tomatoes, mixed greens, crunchy cucumbers, chilli sauce and zesty lemon-boosted tahini (sesame seeds sauce)
This crisp and tantalising brown falafel on the outside, rich and creamy on the inside is equally yummy and delicious eaten alone. Also, autumn’s approach is being heralded by the arrival of our lightly seasoned Lentil soup.
Fresh Falafel is a well-established business with a demonstrable tracking record of success in the catering arena.
We have been trading successfully for the last 5 years using our own Catering Trailer and stall in Fulham & Hammersmith, London. In addition, we have had the privilege of taking part at the London Olympics 2012, and we have been involved in some of the UK major Exhibitions, events and celebrations, of which, some of them on a regular basis i.e. Excel, Olympia, Notting Hill Carnival, London Green Fair, The Great River Race, Trafalgar Sq. etc.
