  Mandy, you're welcome to give us a call at BB&T. We do not traditionally sell our mortgages. Part of BB&T's business model is servicing our loans. If you want a fixed rate mortgage our rates and closing costs are very competitive. Many of the credit un ions can only offer ARM's, but those rates are really good too but they aren't fixed for the life of your loan. It just depends on how long you plan on staying and if you're a member of a credit union. There are pros and cons to both. It's always best to call around and ask good questions.
