We are looking for a 4+ home, I would prefer a cud e sac, must be in a kid friendly area, ours kids are in elementary school, 9, 8, 6. We would like to be less than 20 miles or less from fort bragg. $1750 or less. Must have a satisfactory school district as my 2 daughters are high functioning special needs.   My husband is an active duty army officer and we will be moving to Ft. Bragg in December 2014. Our hopes are to move into a house around Christmas or New Years. We are looking for a rental home between Bragg and Campbell University where I will hopefully be attending (fingers crossed for my application). We are making a last minute holiday visit to Fayetteville to check out neighborhoods and schools for our almost 4 year old son THIS FRIDAY-MONDAY. We lived in a 3 bed/2.5 bath rental home in San Antonio (2652 sf). We were happy with the home, but didn't end up being very happy with the neighborhood (lawns not great, stray dogs, broken down vehicles, etc...) because we didn't have enough knowledge of the area and we had very little time to pick a house. We are looking for a child-friendly, safe, affordable neighborhood and we are used to newer homes. With all this being said, do you help people find rental properties? Even though it is a holiday weekend, would you be able to spare 30 minutes for a consultation meeting with us (no house hunting this time, but wanted to chat and meet someone that can begin our search)?
