Jacquelyn M. asked:Anybody in the hood do any seamstress/sewing work? I have a dress that is a little big in the chest - i need it taken in about 1.5 inches, or move the straps to make the halter secure. I know this is probably pretty easy, but totally out of my skill set. I'm willing to pay if anyone wants a little project :) *One issue, the fabric is vintage silk and pretty fragile, so i know this complicates the process
