  A while back my Dad used a guy called Bo Masters. They did a good job but we never saw the arborist. His second in command claimed to be one but was not here when the majority of the work was done. They did a good job for a fair price but it was weird. They then processed Dad's check through a third party. Be careful out there! http://www.bomasterstrees.com/
