  I am really needing to get this property sold. If you know anyone who is wanting to build a home in a semi-secluded area, please share my property with them. It is 10.06 acres and is deed restricted but the restrictions are not unbearable. My agent has summarized them in the listing. Thanks for sharing and praying that it will sell soon! (P.S. It is not located in Elkton. The property appraiser is fixing this mistake now. It is located off of CR 214, Riverdale Farms, Saint Augustine, 32092.)
