  Do I know any Electricians on here who would be able to give me some rough estimates on installing several lights into the new house we are building? Not really keen on paying the price the builders are charging ($150 per downlight!) Looking at around 12 downlights, 5 or so pendants, some LED oyster lights and a couple of outdoor lights as well as a couple of ceiling fans. Just after initial estimates and rough prices at the moment to work out how much we need to budget! We have most of the lights already, just waiting on the house build.
