  Could anyone recommend a local chimney sweep. I have used Mr. Mayes from Corby for the last 45 years but cannot get hold of him. I have heard that he has been unwell so perhaps he is now retired. If anyone knows about Mr Mayes or can recommend someone else I would be very grateful.

  Julie my parents use a chap from Corby called Wayne Sumpter and say he's brilliant. He gives them the certificates I believe you need for insurance purposes too. His number is 01536 203593. Hope this helps, Hx
