  if it is her first check up- Tahir Sobhey is AWESOME! They will acecpt medical cards you if your 1 st visit from the hospital is with them. 847-680-7002 They are in that 900 building right in front of Condell Hospital! Dakota has been going ever since she was born i love Dr. Sobhy!
