What is the best hotel to stay in when visiting Disneyland, with a toddler??

I have stayed in them all. Disneyland Hotel, California adventure, across the street...yes convenient, but not suites. Suites are better for toddlers. You can stick them in one room while you are still awake in another. Doubletree has nice suites, the ART runs right in front every 20 minutes and can take FOREVER. The problem, is it isn't a reliable 20 minutes. The Embassy Suites South, has its own shuttle. It runs reliably on the half hour so it was nice to know when it was picking you up. My toddlers love the shuttle ride, almost as much as a ride at Disneyland. It is an extra fee. You can also stay at the Hilton and walk across the street and grab the toy story parking shuttle for free. Though they don't have suites. You can also grab a cab, they are considered public transportation in CA. It's around $8 ish Bucks one way depending on where you are coming from (714-999-9999). You can probably tell we go a lot. So I have done a lot of investigating to find what works best for my now 4 and 2 year olds.
