  Some of you may know my daughter Olivia. She had a complete tear of her ACL and other stuff during a lacrosse game last week. She needs complete reconstructive surgery on her knee and I don't know where to start. I got one name Dr. Leigh Ann Curl (ravens ortho surgeon) not sure we can get in with her or if she will take Steeler fans. Nonetheless, if anyone can recommend an Ortho surgeon and local (frederick area) physical therapist. She is 14 so, I guess a pt and surgeon who focus on pediatrics.

  Oh, man -- so sorry to hear this Mike. I had ACL reconstruction on my right knee in 1996 and another tear on my left in 2004 I didn't get fixed. I am pretty sure my surgeon was Wayne Leadbetter who was at Orthopedic Center in Germantown at the time, but now (after an internet search) I think he is in Hagerstown at http://www.hipknee.com/OurSurgeons.aspx
