  Our pediatrician is Dr. Andrew Wood (ASW Pediatrics). He is phenomenal. He has a great bedside manner (our almost 3-year-old daughter loves him and is not at all afraid of her exams - she actually looks forward to going to the doctor and gets jealous when her baby brother gets to have his appointments!), he takes a lot of time with his patients (our appointments typically last 45-60 min, and all of that is face time with him), he listens to patients and parents and includes us in making decisions about our daughter's care, he is always on time, he follows up every time there is reason to do so, he is prompt returning forms and phone calls to us, he's got convenient hours and makes himself available for after hours calls about immediate concerns, and he is easy to get an appointment with (we can call just a few days ahead for a well child visit and have never had to wait for a sick visit). And, of course, he is extremely competent as a doctor. He knows his stuff! We switched to him from another practice that was affiliated with CHOP (Chestnut Hill Kids First), and the difference is like night and day. It takes us 20-25 mins to get to his office in Overbrook from our house in Germantown, but it is worth every minute and we actually spend less overall time for the appointment (and get way more face time with the doc) than we did at the practice that was only 5 mins from our house. Oh, and he makes house calls when it makes sense to do so (like for your first visit after the baby is born). You can call him up and schedule a consultation to interview him if you'd like.
