  I'm on my cell phone and can't sort topics in this group.. I have a friend that needs information on the cheapest medical clinics in JC. This person had a er and hospital visit and needs follow up care this week with a gp and then orthopedic Dr. He is going to apply for Medicaid but it will take time. Any thoughts?He doesn't have an income.

  Capital Region has a resident clinic and your friend will need some sort of proof of income or a tax return to verify income. It's about $15, plus fees for lab work, if there is any. They see patients in the afternoons, Monday through Friday. One day is all day, just not sure which day. Call and leave a message on the answering machine and you'll get a call back to set up the appointment. They are located on Southwest Blvd, not far from Whaleys. (573) 632-5027
