Essentially if you qualify under Lifeline guidelines you qualify for discounted Internet. http://www.centurylink.com/home/internetbasics/ Comcast has a similar program, but you have to have a child in the school lunch program. http://www.internetessentials.com/

  Sonia lol. yeah, normally after you get installed you get mailed a welcome kit and it has a voucher to order the computer online or on the phone for $149. if you never received it, you can just call that number 1-855-846-8376 and see if they can reissue you the voucher.. :)
