  Gary G. wrote: On one of the hottest days of the year our air conditioner quit in the evening. The next morning I called at 8:15 am and was told there was a cancellation and they could be there within the hour. Sure enough the repairman arrived as promised. He came in and checked the air filter in the furnace to make sure it wasn’t clogged, and did an adjustment to the fan. Everything was good. He then went outside to the air conditioner unit, removed a panel and identified the problem right away. He did the repair and was gone in less than an hour. Outstanding service. I have recommended them and will recommend them in the future.

Didn’t complete the service because he he didn’t have a hose to clean the condensers. The report he left was half unreadable. Gave my wife a $600.00 bill which she paid. When I called to complain they rewrote the service form but the $600.00 bill for the hour of work stands as they don’t charge by the hour but by the equipment. They won’t be back here.

When he found the problem he explained what he was able to do on site. He also explained the furnace should be replaced but I explained that would have to wait due to finances. He then replaced the broken parts and cleaned up the furnace which allowed the AC to work again. We will hopefully have him return to do a complete tune up on the system!! The unit is at my daughters home but she was at work. I have used your company many times and will not hesitate to call you again. I have also referred several people to your business!! Thanks forca great job Dakota!!
