We hear all too often from our customers that the pet urine smell was worse after they had their carpets cleaned, by another carpet cleaning company, not by us. Pet urine is one of the toughest challenges for both pet owners and for professional carpet cleaners. Like everything else in this world, some carpet cleaners are professionally trained and know how to properly treat and clean pet urine problems, but sadly many do not.
