Bailey F.I.T.T PT offers challenging, fun, intense 1 on 1 and small group (2-4 ppl) training, and nutrition as well as Bootcamps/fitness classes for clients who want to lose weight, tone, sport specific training, or just want to get in shape.
Not only does regular exercise help control weight, it also helps build and maintain healthy bones, joints and muscles as well as promote psychological well-being. The concept of being "in shape" is quickly becoming synonymous with being "in good health."
Bailey F.I.T.T will work WITH you to set reasonable goals, create a plan to reach those goals and challenge like you've never been challenged before to reach them in a clean, safe, fun environment!!
