Owned and run by Professional Dog Trainer Steve Harper, I specialise in personal dog training, obedience and behavioural issues. All of our courses are designed to get the best out of both dog and handler, and are tailor made to each client. My methods are based on a firm but fair approach with plenty of encouragement and praise. I genuinely care about animal welfare and succeeding with my clients; every effort will be made to ensure both dog and handler leave us completely happy.

My friend recently adopted a collie x who she was told was anxious - she was also told that she could call HH any time and she would be able to have the service of their behaviourist for as long as she needed it, but now both the behaviourist and HH won't return her calls or emails and she's really been left in the lurch while the dog's issues are getting worse and worse (chasing people in the park, aggression, barking and throwing himself about in the car, all kinds of things) We are really worried about him. Does anyone know if there is a problem at Holly Hedge, or if they have let people down like this before? We are getting a bit desperate!Caroline C. replied:We got our spaniel cross from them 4 yrs ago. Not heard from them since the day we got him! Not like bristol dawg who have been there the whole time. Not that I've had any need to contact them with any problems mind you.
