  PIG IRON Coffee Roasters, Reunion Island Coffee (microlot program), socialcoffee or Propeller Coffee Co. - My vote for the top 4 in the city but it depends on the roast colour/origin/quality that you are looking for. These are all mid to top-level specialty coffee roasters. (I forgot Sam James Coffee Bar - i.e. Cut Coffee)
