Looking for crawfish boil master recommendations for a weekly boil at a new bar. I'm with a new place down on St Claude called The Valiant Theatre and Lounge. We're looking to have a weekly boil on Sunday afternoons. I had it all lined up, but my boil master just bailed on me. Out of all the year's I've spent eating crawfish at bars I've never paid much attention to who was boiling. Any recommendations on companies/caterers who can do a weekly pop-up boil? I'll give free crawfish for whoever gives the winning recommendation. Thanks.
