Hey moms! Another mom needs some budget friendly suggestions for a place (hall) & caterer to host her husband's 50th bday party for 60 guests.

I used Rock & Bowl for mine. A 50 th birthday in a 50's bowling alley! Great food, service and reasonable plus your guests can bowl! Tons of fun and most memorable.

Zea's back room, upstairs at Lucy's, Martins, or Crescent City Brewhouse. Just used Jason Robertson with Headwater's cafe that was written up in the paper. Excellent!

Someone here had previously recommended Honeybee Catering. I decided to give them a call recently and David was beyond helpful. We pretty much went to his house and did a tasting (everything was delicious). We came up with a menu and he gave us a quote. The prices were beyond reasonable and we are definitely signing with him. Honestly, it was just an overall great experience and he really helped us understand the process. Our wedding isn't until May, but he's got some solid reviews on his facebook page and website. Well, I have a relative that cooks for [Labella's](http://www.labellascatering.com/), its supposed to be solid though fairly classic food, not much fancy contemporary stuff. Might not be what you're looking for but worth a gander.

Take a look at http://www.bluelinesandwichco.com/. Very reasonable prices. The food is good too!
