  http://www.southlakeoms.com/ Dr.Greg Taylor. He's in Southlake, but was awesome. I have had two procedures done by him. He actually called me the evening after just to check on me. It meant a lot that he called personally, and didn't have one of his nurses do it. The office looks more like a hotel than a dentists office. That helped calm my nerves a bit. Good luck!
