  Kelly, I am a home stager (and interior designer) that does a lot of homes in East Nashville if you ever want to start using one. The houses sell so fast when they are properly staged, even outside of EN. Would love to chat! I already do most of the stagings for a 6-agent group from Keller Williams, but I work for myself and anyone can obviously hire me.
