Always wanted to try high end fine dining but it's expensive, saved up some money for this occasion however and I think the time is right. I'm hoping to get some good recommendations for restaurants in the south bay peninsula area with a budget around $200 per person (neither of us drink). The spots that I know around me are Plumed Horse and Manresa. I've heard mixed feelings from Plumed Horse and Manresa is out of my league. We're both open to any cuisine; given the option we'd do a vegetarian tasting menu but it's not a requirement. I'd love to hear from any of you with more experience. Thanks a ton!
