My wife and I will be visiting your lovely city for the first time next weekend - its short trip, and on somewhat short notice. Quick getaway without the kids! Staying downtown at the Loden hotel, arriving Saturday and leaving Monday. Looking for suggestions for decent restaurants/bars for a Saturday/Sunday night - not looking for club scene, more sit down, have a few drinks, etc. Also, looking for suggestions on ideas of things to see/do during the evenings on Saturday and Sunday. We plan on checking out Granville Island, Capilano Bridge, Canada Place/Waterfront area during the days but searching for something to do in the evening. I know the Canucks play Saturday night, but that is a bit of a last ditch plan if we can't find anything else. Thanks so much! Also, I've done lots of searching and read the sidebar - thanks again for your help!
