Looking to improve my log press and deadlift before US Strongman Nationals in Indianapolis in late June. In the past, I have felt like I have both overtrained and undertrained these lifts with minimal results. I've tried various programs, some low volume, some high volume. In both lifts I struggle with not incorporating my legs enough...particularly very little leg drive in the log press. I'm thinking about consulting with some Oly-lifters to work on techniques and perhaps some mobility issues...any suggestions on programming or different mechanics or techniques?
