Can anyone recommend a yoga class for a beginner in Andover please, no idea where to even start looking x
Teresa W. replied:
Jacqueline Gentleman is probably the oldest and lo rest serving trainer in yoga at reason gym run but her son Tommy . I am so overweight and struggled really hard but I found the whole group helpful kind and not judgmental about my size . It's a big glad because of her long standing reputation in Andover. Give reasons fitness a call 01264 369333 you won't regret it xxxx

I really used to enjoy the body combat classes Tommy used to instruct at the leisure centre a few years ago. Does anyone know where he went phase?
Or if anyone's got a recommendation for well run classes like this I'd love to know. Thanks.
Tommy G. replied:
Hi, I still do teach these classes. Now at Reasons Fitness, as mentioned above. The classes are called BodyCombat by a company called "les mills" of which I am also a national trainer/presenter. Would love to see you again in class, please fee free to pop in or give me a call at the gym. 01264 369333 and thanks.

Hi! I work on the portway industrial estate and I'm looking for somewhere to work out on my lunch break, it would be an hours break but I would need a 30 minute workout that will help me lose the fat! Any recommendations? Preferably somewhere on the portway, thanks!
